Our Team
Scott Brown, Owner
Scott became involved in the painting business at a very early age. At the young age of 10, he was already helping his dad, who was doing part-time painting to supplement his income as a U.S. postal worker. He received his training during these years working on some of the oldest historical buildings around, including the old U.S. Army buildings located on Barnhardt Circle in Fort Oglethorpe, GA.
Through the years, Scott learned the importance of the proper preparation work needed on each and every job to ensure the very best finished product. The company that bears his name is a true testament to the thousands of excellent painting projects he personally undertook for over 40 years in the business. Don Tucker, Senior Estimator and Project Manager
Don has over 40 years of business development, marketing, and project management experience. As a highly respected member of our team, Don works tirelessly with both our residential and commercial painting teams to deliver on our company promise to do it right the first time!
His expertise in estimating and project management experience are the main reasons why we have earned so many Google five-star reviews. It’s our attention to the details that makes a difference.
Don received his BS in marketing and management at Walla Walla University and later earned his MBA at Southern Adventist University.
Tom Di Marco, Estimator and Project Manager
Tom is a painting industry professional with 10 years of operations and store management experience with Sherwin-Williams and eight years as an account development manager with PPG paints. He has also worked with some of the other painting companies in the greater Chattanooga area.
In addition to estimating our painting jobs, Tom is also in charge of our remodeling teams and works relentlessly with them to make certain that each customer’s project is well taken care of, earning us many five-star reviews from our happy customers.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his family in addition to continuing to practice his martial arts skills as a Taekwondo black belt.
