Scott Brown
Owner
Scott became involved in the painting business at a very early age. At the age of 10, he was already helping his dad who was doing part-time painting to supplement his income as a U.S. Postal worker. He received his training during these years working on some of the oldest, historical buildings around, including the old U.S. Army buildings located on Barnhardt Circle in Fort Oglethorpe, GA.
Through the years, Scott learned the importance of the proper preparation work needed on each and every job, to ensure the very best finished product. The company that bears his name is a true testament to the thousands of excellent painting projects he personally undertook for over 40 years in the business. His commitment to excellence is why we are the highest rated painting and remodeling company in the greater Chattanooga area.
Don Tucker
Senior Estimator/Project Manager
Don has over 40 years of business development, marketing and project management experience. As a highly respected member of our team, Don works tirelessly with both our residential and commercial painting teams to deliver on the Scott Brown promise; Do it right the first time!
His expertise in estimating and project management experience is the main reason why we have earned so many Google 5 Star Reviews. It’s the attention to the details that matter.

Don received his BS in Marketing and Management at Walla Walla University and later earned his MBA at Southern Adventist University.
Tom Di Marco
Estimator/Project Manager
Tom is a painting industry professional with 10 years of Operations and Store Management experience with Sherwin Williams, and 8 years as an Account Development Manager with PPG paints, in addition to working for some of the other painting companies in the greater Chattanooga area.
In addition to estimating our painting jobs, Tom is also in charge of our Remodeling teams and works relentlessly with them to make certain that customer’s projects are well taken care of, earning us many 5 Star Reviews from our clients.

He enjoys spending time with his family in addition to continuing to practice his martial arts skills as a Taekwondo black belt.
Rob Cox
General Manager
Rob has over 40 years of expertise in sales and project management. A native of the Chattanooga area, Rob joined the company in 2019, after first becoming a “Scott Brown satisfied customer” with his own home, after being impressed with the level of quality and professionalism shown, during his own experience with the company.
He attended both UTC and UTK, and has worked for Fortune 100 and 500 companies, supervising the Southeast and Midwest territories for Circuit City, Sprint and Directed Electronics.

Rob obtained his Contractor’s certification from Chattanooga State, and works closely with the staff to ensure the high standards of the company are met.
