We hired Scott Brown and company to paint ceilings, trim, and walls in three large bedrooms. When he came for initial discussions and estimates, Mr. Brown was very punctual, courteous, and professional in detailing all the specifics of the job. Within two days he submitted a very detailed written estimate which completely covered all aspects of what we had discussed. He was very flexible and willing to work with us on some questions we had about his proposal. The crew who came to the house to do the work were punctual and courteous as well as experienced and knowledgeable. They worked quickly, carefully and with great attention to detail. Mr. Brown s crew did an exterior paint job on our house in Ashley Mill however they missed one very tiny area. I called Mr. Brown and he IMMEDIATELY came over and painted that area himself. It s nice to know the owner really cares about his customers and will quickly go the extra mile himself when needed.
Scott Brown does what he says in that he made sure the customer was completely happy and satisfied with the work. Coming out on the weekend accommodating the customer to do a complete walk through to make sure nothing was missed.
